Colonial Laser Infantry

This trooper is outfitted emerged to help secure remote extra solar colonies, which unfortunately came into conflict more often than not. The basic armor is a modified basic civilian environmental suit (rated for hostile atmospheres, but not for space) with basic textile and ceramic armor. While not as robust as power armor, it was cheaper and easier to maintain. For armament he has a low cost laser weapon. Such forces fought off pirates, bandits, rival colonial militia, outcasts and the occasional group of natives.
